Miravel began in 2019 by transforming our own apartments into community gardens that grow food. What started as an effort to live healthier and more sustainably quickly became something bigger - spaces where people gathered to feel a sense of belonging.

Through our own experience, we saw how gardens naturally bring people together around health, culture, and nature.

At the same time, the U.S. Surgeon General identified loneliness as one of the defining health challenges of our generation, with Americans now spending over 90% of their lives indoors.

That's when it clicked: real estate has the power to reshape what it means to connect. Not through bits and electrons, but through shared spaces and in-person experiences rooted in health, culture and nature.
